Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Optionals:
- Feta
- Olives
- Chop up the tomatoes, don’t dice them into itty bits though, make sure they’re in nice thick slices. Cut half the cucumber into nice thick slices. With the onion, go for thin slices, use only half of it.
- Put all these pieces together in a bowl, sprinke in the oregano, the salt, and pour the olive oil. For the optionals, you can sprinkle them in at this point as well.
- There is no step 3 because you’re done!
Also, if you’ve got some bread you can dip it into the olive oil that’s left when you’re done with the salad, it’s delicious. This whole thing will take roughly about 10-15 minutes to put together.
